BBQ Pulled Pork

Shredded pork roast with homemade BBQ sauces makes for a scrumptious meal. Easy to make. Easy leftovers. Can be frozen for later use.

Ingredients
- 5-7 pound pork roast
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- Sauce:
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 cups tomato ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp molasses
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 tsp mustard powder
- 3 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place pork roast and chopped onions in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Place BBQ sauce ingredients in saucepan and cook for 15 minutes.
- When pork roast is done, shred the meat. Add BBQ sauce and cook for another hour.
