Cherry Wink Cookies

Ingredients

  • 12 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Maraschino cherries
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • Cornflakes to roll

Instructions

  • Combine butter and sugar together.
  • Add in eggs, vanilla, cherries and nuts.
  • Mix. Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
  • Roll into balls and then roll into crushed cornflakes
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
